Claim Issues: our team can offer assistance for members with in/out of network issues, coordination of benefits issues, prescription issues, provider billing problems, and unpaid or denied claims, etc.

Benefits: our team can offer clarification to benefits questions, deductible information, out-of-pocket maximum information, pre-authorization questions, etc.

Billing: our team can offer assistance when member information is incorrect on your billing statement, such as a member enrolled in the incorrect subgroup, not termed, etc.

Enrollment Problems: our team offer assistance and intervention to resolve enrollment problems when a member does not show active, a member has issues related to an overage dependent, a member has a court ordered addition, etc.
